Glaswall ® GRP Finishes for Industry, Agriculture & Public Services

In Industry our Systems provide hygienic surfaces to meet the Public Health requirements of the Food Processing Industry, Drug and Medical Supplies Manufacturers as well as for National Brewers, for whom Glaswall ® has also lined many Pub Cellars. Here its seamless surface provides not only a Hygienic and easily cleaned finish but also seals against water ingress preventing the dampness which promotes fungal growth.

Glaswall ® also manufacture a wide range of Specialist and Architectural GRP mouldings, as well as small Instrumentation Buildings such as those used by the Water and Telephone Industries As well as lining Cellars and water storage facilities, Glaswall ® produce systems to Tank and Line areas with special environmental problems such as Bund containment walls of large acid tanks etc, giving protection to the substrate as well as liquid containment.

We can also provide an in-situ repair facility restoring the life of failing tanks, as well as saving downtime and expensive removal costs.

As well as our Glaswall ® Systems, we also manufacture a wide range of Specialist and Architectural GRP mouldings and small Instrumentation Buildings such as those used by the Water and Telephone Industries.

Glaswall ® provides an effective, tanking system and the solution to traditional tiling fall-off problems in wet and pressure washed areas
The basic system consists of a liquid resin and fibreglass matting, cured to form a rigid skin, homogeneously bonded to the wall surface. This continuous seamless, easily cleaned, hygienic surface, has no joints to trap dirt or spaces to provide breeding grounds for pests.

Waterproof, it provides an effective, tanking system and the solution to traditional tiling "Fall-off" problems in wet and pressure washed areas etc, cutting maintenance and down-times.

Additionally, in its pre-cured Liquid farm it easily follows existing contours and will laminate to any firm surface, eliminating rendering costs.

Glaswall ® Systems are formulated to meet a wide variety of specifications, from a Fire Class "O" for kitchens, to chemical resistant finishes for industry, with a choice of surface textures and colours.

Glaswall ® ie already approved and used by such prestigious bodies as: the Home Office, the PSA, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Milk Marketing Board, and the Meat and Livestock Commission etc, who have realised the advantages of these systems.
